He has been regulated by the Immigration Service Commissioner since August 2001 to present time and he operates at Level 3.

Dele Adedeji is also a UK qualified social worker with past and present experience in family support and child protection work for various local Authorities in United Kingdom since July 1994 and during the course of this work he has offered welfare advice in the context of immigration issues.
In 1996 he established Dele Adedeji & Associates Ltd in Nigeria and through this practice has provided Advocacy and Representation in all aspects of United Kingdom Immigration Law, European Union migration Law and Human Rights work locally, within UK and internationally and this covers all applications under Points Based System, students admission search, settlement visas, Right of Abode, British Passports, European Union Residence permits, other work related visas, family / business visas and so on. He has advised and represented Nigerian nurses to obtain work permit employment in the UK and many of them are now British Citizens retired in UK or some are still in practice.
He also has extensive experience of dealing with complex cases and in advising, guiding and assisting in all kinds of Visa and immigration applications and he also routinely prepares and presents immigration appeal cases before Immigration Judges at the various Asylum and Immigration Tribunals in the UK concerning refusals of visas, Leave to remain in United Kingdom, deportation, Human Rights and European Union Rights, Adoption and entry to UK and many other cases.
He is also skilled in family immigration cases, assisting people to obtain British citizenship or right of abode in some cases people who are up to 40 years old not aware that they are entitled to citizenship until they met Dele Adedeji for advice on their circumstances.
Dele Adedeji is passionate about providing information on the various legal options of migration available and seeks to encourage visa applicants to use the advantages in the immigration system and laws to remain in a manner that has the most benefits for them and gives long lasting benefits to their generation.
He has experience as a television and radio presenter in his own programmes on immigration advice matters and he currently offers free advice seminars in Nigeria and United Kingdom. Dele is also a member of several professional associations like Immigration Law Practitioners Association, Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants, both in the UK.
